Home Saunas
A home sauna is a personal retreat designed to bring spa-quality heat therapy into your own space. At Sauna Craft, Jason Guilliam leads every custom sauna from design through the custom sauna build—premium cedar, hemlock, or Nordic spruce paired with electric, infrared, or wood-burning heaters for a room that fits how you actually unwind.
Whether you want a compact indoor unit, a backyard escape from an experienced outdoor sauna builder, or a thoughtful home sauna remodel of an older room, we tailor benches, lighting, and controls to your layout, including Wi-Fi sauna controls you can run from your phone. Searching for sauna renovation near me or a full sauna rebuild? Our Central Indiana crew handles both refresh projects and from-scratch builds so daily recovery feels effortless.

Home sauna FAQ for Central Indiana
Among local sauna companies, Sauna Craft keeps design and build under one roof. When neighbors look for a sauna builder near me, they find a Fortville shop that shows up on site—not a middleman. Who are the sauna contractors on my job?
Our own sauna contractors handle framing, insulation, vapor control, heaters, and finish work. You work directly with Jason Guilliam and the Sauna Craft team from first measure to first heat-up.
Can you remodel or rebuild an existing home sauna?
Yes. A home sauna remodel can refresh benches, glass, lighting, and controls; a deeper sauna rebuild renews structure and heating when the room has aged past a cosmetic fix. Tell us what still works and we’ll map the leanest path.
Do you only build residential, or commercial too?
Homes are our everyday work, and we also serve as a commercial sauna contractor for gyms, spas, and wellness centers. See commercial saunas or the full style guide on our saunas. Building a new home or remodeling with a general contractor? Your builder can bring us in as the sauna subcontractor.
What does a custom sauna build include?
A custom sauna build covers layout confirmation, safe electrical coordination, heater setup, sealing, and a walkthrough so you know how to use and care for the room. Outdoor projects follow the same craftsmanship standards we use indoors.
